Once you have created a user account you are able to begin shopping. Eyewear utilizes a smart shopping cart. Whenever you accumulate items in your shopping cart, logging out will not result in the removal of items. You can calculate shipping costs specific to your zip code or country at any time during shopping.
Following the placement of an order, notifications will be sent to your e-mail address informing you of all changes regarding the status of your order. Orders with total amounts exceeding €200 will receive discounts. Discounts are calculated automatically at checkout.
Eyewear ships orders all over Europe.
You can view your shipping costs as you add items to your shopping cart. We do not hide any handling fees in the shipping summary. The rate charges reflect our bulk discounted UPS and USPS rates. Estimated delivery dates are provided for each shipping method based on the shipping zip code.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, therefore we offer a 30 day return option. We will accept the items back within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please inspect all merchandise upon its arrival.
Please follow these steps to initiate the return process:
1. Email us at returns@vuzon.eu
2. Pack the products in their original condition, with all the tags and labels attached, plastic pouches intact. To protect your return from damage in transit, place the items in a sturdy box.
3. Include a copy of your purchase invoice or the order number and your name.
4. Mail the package to the following address with a carrier of your choice. We strongly suggest insuring the shipment.

Please note, customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping unless items were shipped in error or the order was damaged in transit. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. On orders that qualified for free shipping, actual shipping costs paid by us to the carrier will be deducted from a refund.
Once the package arrives at our office, it takes up to two business days to process a return. We can issue a store credit or a refund back to the original form of payment.
